A new season is upon us.
We’re two days into Autumn and it’s been raining today! A far cry from our sunny day-out at the weekend. Still, at least it is still lovely and warm.
I received really inspiring news today. So inspiring that I wish to share it with you all!
A friend-of-a-friend was diagnosed with cancer. She was told that she needed the dreaded ( and utterly awful) chemotherapy. She refused this treatment and instead decided to do things her own way; without therefore the doctor’s support. She got herself as informed as she could and first changed her diet completely. Brave, brave woman.
She cut out all dairy products ( check out the cancer rate amongst people in Asia. As well as osteoporosis and other terrible diseases.. It’s LOW. What is one major difference between people from Asia to us ? They eat very little dairy produce and also less meat than us ).
She cut out meat.
She ate a predominantly raw-food and vegan diet.
This woman has guts.
She returned to the doctor; around 3 -4 months later I believe, and after thorough tests she is now 100% clear of the cancer! BRILLIANT!!!! Wow. I am so impressed and really happy for her.
For sure she’ll probably always have to watch her diet, and keep it healthy. But don’t we all? And actually - what a small price to pay for your life, don’t you think?
When I was researching all about cancer myself I ended up doing a raw-food detox, with Erwin ( I mentioned this on another post) and after the first three days we both felt amazing. We spoke today about doing another one soon. During that time I found some gorgeous recipes; some of which I’d like to share. So do click on this link to be redirected to another page with some yummy, healthy, really-good-for-you recipes. ( Including the famous raw avocado and nut chocolate cake, which has to be tried to be believed. Really, it’s delicious! I found the receipe through a lady called Jennifer Cornbleet. Check her out online at www.learnrawfood.com. She has some great recipes!).
I’ve watched quite a few documentaries about cancer and I truly believe that by following a vegan/ raw-food diet you can cure it. A huge statement to make I know but it seems to me that simply too many people have cured themselves by their diet for it not to be true. But when it’s you that the doctor says needs chemo, when it’s you that has developed cancer; well, to turn the treatment recommended by your doctor down and go your own way; must take serious guts.
I’m just so pleased for her that she’s clear..
Good for you F.
HUGE respect. xxxx
