RYA Day Skipper Course – Passed!
I passed!!
So I am now an official RYA Day Skipper! Wow.

Day Skipper Course – Tomorrow !
I start my Day Skipper course tomorrow!!
So looking forward to it.
The boat is prepped; beds are made, kitchen is stocked, clothes are unpacked, books and toys are also on-board; we are ready and prepared.
Brand new life jackets, wet- weather gear ( though the forecast is for gorgeous weather), soon to be a topped up water tank, batteries fully charged, boat cleaned, towels washed and ready… Continue reading

Maybe it is strange to start the Coastal Skipper/ Yachtmaster navigation theory course before I have even completed my Day Skipper, but so far so good. At least if I do enough of the course, the theory side of the Day Skipper course should be a cinch.
The explanations and interactive examples are easy to follow and understand and I have found that I am really enjoying learning so much invaluable… Continue reading
